Book Your Bus Tickets!

Advance Prepaid Reservations are required for all bus tickets. If you are looking for the lowest possible fares, all you need to do is Book Online and Book In Advance. The fares go up the closer you book to departure. The best possible savings are for those who reserve their tickets 14 days in advance. You can book up to 2 hours prior to departure, but the fare will be higher.

Question: When should I make my reservation?
Answer: The moment you've decided to travel. Waiting for the last minute is not the time to book your Bus Tickets. There are two reasons for this. First, during the weekends, We do sell out. Secondly, Fares are subject to change without notice. If you like the fares you see, book it - they can change tomorrow!

Question: Is the fare the same whether I book On-Line or over the Phone?
Answer: No. Bus Tickets booked by telephone are on the average of $10 to $15 per person higher than tickets purchased online.

Question: Is Driver Gratuity Included In the Fares?
Answer: No they are not. While gratuity is always appreciated, they are not required.

Question: What if I am late?
Answer: Then you will miss your bus and will have to rebook another ticket at your own expense. There is no refunds for unused tickets. We will not honor bus tickets for any other date or time other than what is printed on your ticket. No exceptions.

Question: I am traveling with children. Are car seats provided?
Answer: We do not offer car seats, however, you are more than welcomed to bring your own. They must meet the same standards as the airline requires.

Question: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Answer: All of our Bus Tickets are non-refundable. While we would certainly appreciate you letting us know that you won't be traveling, refunds will not be given for unused tickets under any circumstances unless that Bus is cancelled.


Each passenger is permitted to bring TWO suitcases and ONE Carry-On Bag that must fit either under the seat or in an overhead bin. If you have more than TWO suitcases, you are subject to paying $25.00 additional per suitcase which will be at the sole discretion of the Bus Driver.


We want you to enjoy your travel experience with us. We are a Bus Company and as a result, we deal with traffic, delays, weather, congestion, construction and many other factors that will alter our departure and arrival times. Please understand that these types of delays are out of our control.

All customers must agree to the following Travel Policy in order to purchase a ticket.
 
1. All Tickets are Nonrefundable.
2. Once a ticket is purchased, no changes can be made.
3. Ticket purchases are final.
4. Bus Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket.
5. All ticketed passengers over the age of 18 are required to have valid photo identification
5. Schedules are not guaranteed. Delays do happen. No refunds are given for late departures and/or arrivals.
7. If a Bus is cancelled, we will provide for a full refund without question.
8. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone deemed unsafe.
9. If you miss your bus, you will need to purchase another ticket at your own expense.
10. There are no refunds for unused tickets.
11. You are required to be at the Bus Station 20 minutes prior to departure to obtain a Boarding Pass.
